Events to Attend in 2020
Whether you call it Greenville, G-Vegas, the Upstate, Dark Corner or home, Greenville South Carolina has tons of wonderful events to look forward to this year and you might want to start planning now.
First let’s begin with the basics. Parking downtown in any city is a challenge from time to time and Greenville is no different EXCEPT that there is FREE WEEKEND AND EVENING PARKING available! In my humble opinion, this has been one of the best decisions the city has ever made. The result is that downtown is usually buzzing with activity. Now they have gone to a coinless system and added the “First Hour Free” making brief visits more enticing. You can find more at: https://www.greenvillesc.gov/513/Parking

One of my favorites, the TD Saturday Market from 8-noon every Saturday from May through October where you can count on finding some fantastic food for your week. More info at: https://saturdaymarketlive.com/
We celebrate Red, White and Blue on July 4th and Moonlight Movies on Wednesdays, there will be camping event in Falls Park this year, the Duck Race and so much more!
One of the real biggies for everyone is the amazing Fall for Greenville event that will be October 9-11th this year. This event gets absolutely packed, but I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to walk around downtown in the autumn air, visiting all the vendors (food, art, beverages, etc) and enjoying an amazing diversity of live music. I honestly think Fall for Greenville celebrates all that makes this area special – diversity, community and celebration. Find out more at: https://fallforgreenville.net/
These are just a few of the things going on this year. I’ll post more later! Until then remember…
